You'd be hard pressed to find any one workout that improves not only strength, flexibility, cardio, and metabolism, but even your mental state. A workout that can benefit a wide range of people trying to get better, from elderly people with arthritis to elite level athletes. People deal with lots of stress in their day to day lives, both affecting a person's body and mind. Yoga releases both of these stressors and helps you live a longer, healthier, and happier life.
